Breathing new life into a historic Durban building by redesigning the interior. We fused modern design with classical elements to honour the building’s heritage.
The new triple volume space has a combination of face brick and timber panels edging the shopfront elements for the various tenancies. Feature lighting and timber slats have been introduced to further breathe new life into the space.
