The concept was to focus attention on the offices and retail space to create an iconic image for the client that proudly represents the direction of the company.
The choice of a simple Mono pitched roof with accentuated hula bond eaves was successful in defining the office and retail spaces as the key function whilst all servicing aspects pushed into the background.
